There is over 65 years of food service experience working in our kitchen at any given time. Mrs. Ena has over 45 years of cooking experience that she has honed by raising her siblings and her own family. |
 In addition to her time spent over the years of her youth working at the Port Henderson Beach Club in Spanish town, Jamaica, Mrs. Ena has taught her sons and daughters everything she knows, and they have built on those lessons with creative twists and additions to traditional favorites.
